Ginger with GeraniumGinger has long been known for its digestive, health qualities and delicious taste. This bright, fresh taste has been a staple of Downeast Maine ice cream parlors since ginger was brought back from the Far East by 19th century Downeast trading ships.
We have re-invented this delicious treat by making it into a gelato with the addition of Geranium water, which adds a subtle flavor note that enhances the ginger. |
